Test Your Shooting Skills With Silhouette and Benchrest Matches
Silhouette Matches
We shoot 6 classes:
- .22 rifle with and without a scope or optics
- .22 pistol with and without a scope or optics
- Centerfire pistol with and without a scope or optics.
The distances are 25, 50, and 75 yards. 30 rounds of ammo will be needed for each class shot. The shooting is done standing and offhand. We welcome all members and guests.
Benchrest Matches
The matches are 10 shots each and shot at 50 yards. We usually shoot 5 or 6 matches. Shooters will be shooting seated at a bench and can use a bipod, sandbags, or a front rest, plus a rear bag. (No one piece rests allowed). Most of the rifles used are heavy barreled target rifles with high magnification scopes.
The matches are open to all members and guests. Newcomers are welcome even if they don’t have a rifle. Someone will gladly loan out a rifle to let them try it out!
